1. Check spam and promotions folders
Search for CarShowScout or the event name in all mail folders, including Spam, Junk, and Promotions.
2. Sign in and open your dashboard
Your registration is saved in CarShowScout even if email failed. Open Dashboard → Registrations or My Events to view confirmation.
3. Verify the email on your account
Open Profile and confirm your email address has no typos.
4. Try resending if available
Some flows offer resend confirmation. Use it once after checking spam.
5. Contact the event organizer
If you need a receipt for a paid registration, the organizer can confirm your payment from their registration list.
What happens next
Once you can sign in and see the registration in your dashboard, you are registered. Add CarShowScout to your safe senders list for future mail.
